Ultrasonic Medical Face Mask Making Machine
This production line is a fully automatic one-to-two mask machine,
one body machine drives two ear belt machines.
After the body machine outputs the mask body, the mask body piece
is transported to the turning mechanism by the conveyor belt
structure.Reversing the mask disc on the conveyor belt connected to
the ear belt machine through the reversing mechanism,and then
convey the mask piece through the conveyor belt to the first mask
plate on the front of the ear belt machine,
finally, the mask piece is placed into the mask disk of the ear
strap machine by pressing down the cylinder, and then the ear strap
machine completes the welding of the ear strap of the mask, the
edge wrapping and other actions, thereby completing the production
of an ear strap mask product.
This machine adopts PLC, touch screen control, the main conveyor
belt adopts single-phase motor conveying, stepping motor reversal,
precise transmission, stable control and adjustable speed.
You only need to install the production raw materials on the
feeding rack. After the modulation is OK, the machine is
automatically produced. Only one person is required to operate the
packaging. The whole process of automatic production is fully
realized. The equipment uses ultrasonic welding, which is
beautiful, sanitary and environmentally friendly.
