Feeding of raw material roll, nose clip inserting and cutting, ultrasonic fusion, automatic mask cutting, earloop feeding and welding are completed automatically. 2-4 layers masks (without edge sealing) can be customized and it features in stable performance, simple operation and high quality.

Technical Feature:

2, Using ultrasonic technology, the surface layer, filter layer, and bottom material are automatically bonded. Then the creases, trimming, shaping and cutting of the outlet cover body are automatically pressed.

3, Through the conveying system, it is automatically distributed to the left and right sides.

4, At the same time through the photoelectric detection, the ear hook, the ultrasonic cut of the nose line, and spot welding are made to be permanently attached or buried inside the mask body.
