Fully Automatic Earloop Mask Making Machine
1. Introduction
This machine is mainly used for automatic forming of flat mask.
Unwinding the whole roll of cloth, automatically folded and
wrapped; unwinding the whole roll of rubber strip, cut to fixed
length and then put into the wrapped cloth; both sides sealed by
ultrasonic welding machine; then cut to form; send the mask to ear
belt welding stations. Then collect the completed mask by
laminating machine.

1. Mitsubishi PLC motor:
Precise control of mask machinery or process by digital or analog
input/output.
2. SMC cylinder:
Drives the machine for linear reciprocating motion, swinging and
rotating motion, saving manpower.
3. Titanium alloy mold :
High temperature resistance, strong hardness, good corrosion
resistance, long service life.
4. SMC solenoid valve:
Prevent solenoid valve leakage plug, leakage easy control, improved
safety performance.
5. Earloop welding device:
Ultrasonic system to complete the mask ear band welding, accurate
alignment and high efficiency. .
6. Control panel:
Humanized design, easy to operate accurately.
7. Transmission device:
Used for conveying finished products, high efficiency and fast,
save time and labor.
